Reviews should represent genuine experiences and should be relevant to the business being reviewed.
You must not use ZaavoReview to:
Submit fake or fabricated reviews.
Manipulate ratings.
Review a business without a genuine experience where a personal experience is implied.
Post duplicate or substantially copied reviews.
Impersonate another person.
Submit reviews on behalf of others without authorization.
Accept or offer improper incentives for reviews.
Use reviews to unfairly damage a competitor.
Threaten or blackmail a business or customer.
Publish misleading information deliberately.

6. User Content License
When you submit User Content to ZaavoReview, you grant ZaavoReview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, adapt, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform.
This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your original User Content unless you separately agree otherwise.
7. Content Moderation
ZaavoReview may review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content when we believe it violates these Terms, our Community & Review Guidelines, applicable law, or the integrity of the Platform.
We may also take action against accounts that repeatedly abuse the Platform.
We do not guarantee that every piece of content will be reviewed or removed before it becomes publicly available.
A review being critical, unfavorable, or negative does not by itself mean that it violates our policies.
8. Reporting Content

Misrepresent their relationship with ZaavoReview.

Ratings and scores displayed on ZaavoReview may be calculated using information submitted by users and other platform processes.
Ratings are intended to provide an indication of user sentiment and should not be treated as an absolute representation of a business's quality, reliability, or performance.
ZaavoReview does not guarantee that ratings are complete, accurate, or representative of every customer's experience.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, design, branding, logos, software, graphics, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ZaavoReview and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
